Scope
FreakGPT is a fictional, text-only, AI-generated adult roleplay service for users 18 and older. No images, no video, no live humans — every response is generated by a language model playing a fictional character.
Allowed
Consensual adult fantasy between fictional adult characters, including explicit language and adult themes, within the limits below.
Prohibited — blocked and enforced
- Any sexual content involving minors — real, fictional, role-played, implied, or “aged up”. Zero tolerance.
- Sexualization of real, identifiable people (celebrities or private individuals).
- Content presenting real non-consent as real.
- Bestiality presented as real conduct.
- Using the service to plan or facilitate real-world illegal activity.
How enforcement works
Every user message passes through layered automated screening (pattern filters plus an ML moderation classifier) before any AI response is generated. Prohibited requests receive a refusal, are never fulfilled, and repeated attempts result in access loss without refund. The AI itself is additionally instructed to refuse these categories in-character. Where the law requires it (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), reportable content is escalated to NCMEC.
